PeaceWorks vigil — August 30, 2013
Thanks to all who turned out for the PeaceWorks Friday evening vigil that stands at the corner of Maine and School Streets from 5:00-5:30 pm every Friday – rain, shine, sleet, snow. It was started soon after the September 11, 2001 events. A couple of folks who still stand have been there since the beginning.There was a great showing Friday as feeling is so strong against threatened U.S attacks on Syria.
Once again, thanks to all who showed support.
